Important Shipping Notice – Saudi Arabia

Effective January 1st, 2026, all shipments to Saudi Arabia, including single-item orders, must include an official National Address document issued through Absher/SPL (Saudi Post).

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete address information required for successful delivery. Failure to provide the required information may result in delivery delays or shipment restrictions.

Important Notice for USA Customers

For most orders shipped to the USA, applicable import duties and customs clearance charges are handled before dispatch. Customers typically do not need to pay additional import fees upon delivery.

However, customs authorities may occasionally conduct additional inspections or apply charges in exceptional cases. Any such decisions are made solely by the relevant customs authorities and are beyond Zaish's control.

Shipping Origin

Our stitching and shipping unit is based in Pakistan, and all international orders are dispatched directly from our warehouse in Pakistan.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination country and whether you choose an unstitched or stitched outfit.

Note: Delivery times are estimates from the date the order is placed. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance or other circumstances beyond our control.

Country-Specific Information

• United Arab Emirates (UAE): Customers are responsible for paying any applicable VAT or other government charges required at the time of delivery.
• Canada: Customers are responsible for paying any applicable customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees required by Canadian Customs at the time of delivery.

Remote Area / Extended Delivery Areas

Some delivery addresses may be classified as Remote Areas, Extended Service Areas, or Out-of-Delivery Areas by the courier service based on their delivery network and location.

If your delivery address falls under a remote or extended service area, the courier may apply an additional delivery surcharge that is not included in the standard shipping charges paid at checkout.

In such cases, Zaish will notify the customer of the additional charge before dispatch or delivery. The additional surcharge must be paid by the customer before the shipment can be processed or delivered.

Please note that remote-area classification and the applicable surcharge are determined by the courier company and may vary depending on the destination address.

Delivery Delays & Customs Clearance

All delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on customs clearance, local courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Zaish is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, customs holds, natural disasters, strikes, courier delays, or global shipping disruptions.

Customers are required to accept delivery once the parcel arrives. Refusal to accept delivery or failure to receive the parcel may result in the loss of eligibility for a refund or replacement, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Additional Information

Zaish reserves the right to cancel or delay an order due to stock unavailability, payment verification, shipping restrictions, remote-area delivery limitations, or other unforeseen circumstances. If this occurs, we will notify you promptly via email.

Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

Return & Exchange Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
• For defective, incorrect, or size-related issues, you must notify us on the same day the parcel is delivered.
• Requests submitted after the applicable timeframe may not be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund.

Product Details and Limitations

• Length or fit-related concerns are not eligible for return or exchange, as product measurements are clearly provided on each product page.
• Returns or exchanges due to a change of mind are not accepted. Please review the size chart and product details carefully before placing your order.
• Sale items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
• Exchanges are limited to:
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Wrong items shipped
  • Size errors

  Product Return Conditions

  • Returned items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Pricing labels must be intact, and the item must be in new condition.
  • Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.

  Product Information & Variations

  By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the product description and understand that slight variations may occur due to lighting, screen settings, fabric availability, and the handmade nature of certain products.

  Refund Policy

  Refunds are issued only under the following circumstances:

  • Stock unavailable after order placement
  • Verified defective product
  • Other cases approved by Zaish after review

  Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to reflect.

  Non-Refundable Charges

  • Duties/Taxes & Handling: A flat deduction of $30 per suit will apply to all approved refunds.
  • Taxes & Government Charges: Any applicable taxes, customs duties, VAT, or government fees paid during the order process are non-refundable.
  • Free Shipping Orders: For orders shipped under a Free Shipping promotion, the actual shipping cost incurred by Zaish will be deducted from the refund amount.

  Order Cancellations Policy

  • Once an order is placed, the customer has a maximum of 8 hours to request cancellation.
  • If a customer contacts us immediately after placing the order (for example, if the order was placed by mistake or for any other reason), a $15 cancellation fee will be applied.
  • If the cancellation request is not made within this timeframe, the order will be processed and cannot be canceled.
  • In such cases, no refund will be issued.

  Zaish reserves the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:

  • Stock Unavailability
  • Payment Decline
  • Pricing Errors
  • Fraudulent Transactions (as flagged by the payment processor)

  Important Guidelines

  • Declarations of faulty items must be made within 8 hours of receiving the parcel.
  • The Zaish team monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges.
