At Zaish, we strive to ensure that our product images and descriptions accurately represent the items we offer.

Due to variations in lighting, photography, monitor or mobile screen settings, slight differences in color may occur between the product images and the actual item.

Product images are provided for reference purposes only. The final product will be substantially similar to the model picture in terms of design, fabric, color tone, embroidery, and overall style. However, minor variations may occur due to the handmade nature of embroidery, fabric availability, production techniques, and screen display differences.

Any additional fabric, patches, laces, hangings, frills, potli, embellishments, accessories, or other decorative elements are included only if they are explicitly mentioned in the product description. If an item is not specifically listed in the product details, it should not be considered part of the product.

Customers are encouraged to carefully review the complete product description, specifications, available options, and size information before placing an order.

By placing an order with Zaish, you acknowledge and accept that reasonable variations in color, embroidery, embellishments, fabric texture, craftsmanship, and other product details may occur and do not constitute a manufacturing defect or misrepresentation.

3. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change without prior notice.

Although we make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, we reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time.

4. Orders

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order if:

  • Payment cannot be verified.
  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
  • The ordered product becomes unavailable.
  • Pricing or product information contains an error.
  • We are unable to fulfill the order for operational reasons.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been successfully received, an eligible refund will be processed in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

5. Payment

We accept secure online payments through the payment methods available at checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

Orders will only be processed after successful payment authorization.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed and shipped according to our Shipping Policy.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination country and product type.

Delivery estimates begin from the order date and are based on business days (Monday through Friday), excluding weekends and public holidays.

While we work hard to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays caused by customs inspections, weather conditions, courier services, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control may occur.

Zaish shall not be held responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers or customs authorities.

7. Customs Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other government charges depending on the destination country.

Where applicable, these charges are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated during checkout or in our Shipping Policy.

8. Returns & Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that any applicable non-refundable charges, including but not limited to shipping and handling charges, payment processing fees, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, government charges, and shipping costs incurred under Free Shipping promotions, may be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.

9. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 8 hours of being placed.

Approved cancellations are subject to:

  • A $15 cancellation fee.
  • Applicable payment processing fees charged by the payment provider.

Orders that have entered production, have been customized, or have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

10. Customized & Stitched Orders

Customized or altered stitched garments are produced according to the customer's requested measurements or specifications.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements and customization details.

Customized products are generally not eligible for return, exchange, or refund, except where the item is defective or an error has been made by Zaish.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to photographs, product images, videos, logos, graphics, text, product descriptions, designs, and website content, is the exclusive property of Zaish and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used without prior written permission from Zaish.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zaish shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or the purchase of our products.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the applicable order.
