Terms and Conditions for Zaish

Welcome to Zaish, an online clothing store offering premium apparel. By accessing or using our website, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read these carefully before placing your order.

1.2 By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or guardian.

2. Product Information

2.1 All product descriptions, sizes, and details are listed on the product pages. Customers are advised to review this information before placing an order.
2.2 Slight variations in color may occur due to differences in screen settings or photographic lighting.
2.3 Any additional fabric or embellishments used for photo shoots will not be included unless explicitly mentioned in the product description.

3. Pricing and Payments

3.1 All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without prior notice.
3.2 Payment methods include major credit cards, debit cards, and other online payment options. Payments must be completed before the order is processed.
3.3 Orders made through credit cards or other online payment systems are subject to fraud status checks by our payment processor. If flagged, orders may be canceled automatically.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Pakistan. Delivery times are as follows:

  • Unstitched Dresses: 6-8 business days
  • Stitched Dresses: 10-14 business days
    4.2 Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Any customs or import duties are the customer’s responsibility.
    4.3 Zaish is not liable for delays caused by customs, shipping carriers, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns and Exchanges

5.1 Products must be returned within 7 days of receipt to the following address:
1130 Buttonwood Drive, Westmont, Illinois 60559, United States.
5.2 Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
5.3 Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
5.4 Returned items must be in new, saleable condition with original packaging, labels, and receipts.
5.5 Zaish reserves the right to inspect returned items and deny refunds or exchanges if the items are not in acceptable condition.

6. Order Cancellations

6.1 Zaish reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or payment issues.
6.2 Customers may request order cancellations before shipment. Once an order is dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 All content on the Zaish website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Zaish and is protected by copyright laws.
7.2 Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content from the website is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Zaish is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services.
8.2 Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the products.
