Effective January 1st, 2026, all shipments to Saudi Arabia (even a single item) must include an official national address document issued via Absher/SPL (Saudi Post).
Effective from 29th August, a 19% import tax is applicable on all shipments dispatched from Pakistan to the USA. This tax is charged directly by U.S. Customs and will be the responsibility of the customer.
We may declare parcels as “Gift” at the time of dispatch to help minimize the chances of duty being applied; however, if U.S. Customs still charges duty, the customer will be solely responsible for payment.
As already communicated, our stitching and shipping unit is based in Pakistan, and all international orders are dispatched directly from Pakistan.
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Pakistan. While our products are crafted locally, our primary market is the United States.
Unstitched Dresses: 8–12 business days from the order date
Stitched Dresses: 12–18 business days from the order date
Customized Stitching: 19–22 business days from the order date
Note: Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Our standard estimated delivery timeframe is Economy (12 to 18 business days). Please note this is only an estimate, and actual delivery times may vary.
Delays may occur due to customs inspections, clearance procedures, or other circumstances beyond our control. Zaish is not liable for delays caused by events such as customs holds, natural disasters, strikes, courier delays, or global shipping disruptions.
Customers are required to accept delivery once the parcel arrives. Refusal to accept delivery or failure to receive the parcel under any circumstances will result in forfeiture of any refund or replacement claim.
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the destination and order size.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns must be requested on the same day of delivery.
Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
If a parcel is refused or returned due to non-payment of customs or duties, Zaish will not issue a refund.
For international shipments, customs or import duties may apply depending on the destination country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by Zaish.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery progress.
Zaish reserves the right to cancel or delay shipments due to unforeseen circumstances or stock unavailability. Customers will be informed promptly via email if such a situation occurs.
