Important Shipping Notice – Saudi Arabia

Effective January 1, 2026, all shipments to Saudi Arabia (including single-item orders) must include a valid National Address registered through Absher/SPL (Saudi Post). Orders without a valid National Address may experience delays or may not be processed.

Important Notice for USA Customers

For most orders shipped to the United States, applicable import duties and customs clearance charges are handled before dispatch, so customers generally do not need to pay additional customs fees upon delivery.

However, U.S. Customs may occasionally conduct additional inspections or apply charges in exceptional circumstances. Any such decisions are made solely by U.S. Customs and are beyond Zaish's control.

Our stitching and fulfillment operations are based in Pakistan, and all international orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Pakistan.

All orders are carefully prepared, quality checked, and shipped directly from our warehouse in Pakistan.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination country and whether you order an unstitched or stitched outfit.

  • Delivery estimates begin from the order date.
  • Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude weekends and public holidays.

United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Customers are responsible for paying any applicable VAT or government charges required by local authorities at the time of delivery.

Canada

Customers are responsible for paying any applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other government charges required by Canadian Customs.

Delivery Delays & Customs Clearance

All delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, local courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Zaish is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, customs holds, courier delays, natural disasters, strikes, or other global shipping disruptions.

Customers are required to accept delivery once the parcel arrives. Refusal to accept delivery, failure to pay applicable customs charges (where required), or failure to receive the parcel may result in the loss of eligibility for a refund or replacement.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination country, shipping method, and order size.

Return & Refund Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless an incorrect or defective item has been shipped.
  • Any return or exchange request must be submitted within the timeframe specified in our Return & Refund Policy.
  • Returned products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment until delivery.

Additional Information

Zaish reserves the right to delay or cancel an order due to stock unavailability, payment verification, shipping restrictions, force majeure events, or other unforeseen circumstances. If this occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible via email.

By placing an order with Zaish, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Shipping Policy, including the estimated delivery timeframes and any applicable customs, duties, taxes, or VAT that may apply in your destination country.
