At Zaish, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read this Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

For defective, incorrect, or size-related issues, you must notify us on the same day your order is delivered.

Requests submitted after the applicable timeframe may not be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund.

Eligible Reasons for Exchange

Exchanges are only available under the following circumstances:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Incorrect item received
  • Verified size error made by Zaish

Sale items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Non-Eligible Reasons

Returns, exchanges, or refunds will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference
  • Length or fit concerns where product measurements were clearly provided
  • Color variations caused by lighting, photography, or screen settings
  • Minor variations resulting from handmade embroidery or the production process
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer

Product images are provided for reference purposes only. Minor variations in color, embroidery, embellishments, or finishing may occur due to lighting, screen settings, handmade craftsmanship, fabric availability, and the production process.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these product variations.

Return Conditions

Returned items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • Be returned with all original tags attached.
  • Be returned in their original packaging whenever possible.
  • Receive prior approval from Zaish before being shipped back.

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Unless the return is due to an incorrect or defective item shipped by Zaish, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that returned parcels are securely packaged. Zaish is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be approved only under the following circumstances:

  • Stock unavailable after order confirmation.
  • Verified manufacturing defect.
  • Incorrect item shipped.
  • Other cases approved by Zaish after review.

Refund requests that do not meet the above conditions may not be approved.

Refund Timeline

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, the funds may take additional time to appear in your account.

Non-Refundable Charges

The following charges are non-refundable:

  • Shipping and handling charges (a flat deduction of $15 per suit will apply where applicable).
  • Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, and other government charges.
  • Original shipping costs for orders placed under Free Shipping promotions.

For orders shipped under a Free Shipping promotion, the actual shipping cost incurred by Zaish may be deducted from the refund amount.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 8 hours of being placed.

Approved cancellations are subject to a $15 cancellation fee.

Once production, stitching, customization, or order processing has begun, cancellation requests may no longer be accepted.

Order Cancellation by Zaish

Zaish reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Stock unavailability
  • Payment verification failure
  • Pricing errors
  • Fraud prevention checks
  • Shipping restrictions
  • Other unforeseen circumstances

If an order is cancelled by Zaish, the customer will receive a full refund where applicable.

Important Guidelines

Any defective, damaged, or incorrect item must be reported on the same day of delivery and supported with clear photographs.

Customers are encouraged to inspect their order immediately upon delivery.

Zaish reserves the right to decline any return, exchange, or refund request that does not comply with this policy.
