Refund policy

7-Day Exchange or Return Policy

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of receipt. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for exchange.
  • For defective items or to initiate an exchange, complaints must be registered on the same day the product is received. Requests made after this period will not be considered.
  • If you receive a defective product, return it immediately.

Product Details and Limitations

  • Length or sizing complaints will not be entertained as product dimensions (width and length) are clearly stated on the product page.
  • "Change of Mind" requests are not acceptable. Ensure you verify sizes before placing an order. Zaish will not be responsible for size-related issues.
  • Sale items are not eligible for return, exchange or refund.
  • Exchanges are limited to:
    • Manufacturing defects
    • Wrong items shipped
    • Size errors

Product Return Conditions

  • Returned items must:
    • Be in saleable condition, in their original packaging, and include the receipt.
    • Retain their pricing labels and be in new condition.
  • Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.
  • Returns should be sent to the following address:

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability, and any additional costs must be covered by the customer.

Product-Specific Notes

  • Product colors may vary slightly due to photographic lighting or monitor settings.
  • Additional fabrics, patches, or embellishments included during shoots are mentioned in the product description. If not explicitly stated, they are not part of the product and cannot be grounds for exchange.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only processed under the following conditions:

·        Defective Products

Refund Timeline

·        Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

·        Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to reflect.

Non-Refundable Costs & Deductions

1.     Shipping Charges

·        A flat deduction of $15 per suit will be applied towards shipping and handling costs.

2.     State Taxes

·        Any state or government taxes charged at the time of purchase are non-refundable under any circumstances.

3.     Free Shipping Orders

·        In cases where Free Shipping promotions are offered, shipping and tax charges are already included/absorbed in the product price.

·        At the time of refund, any actual shipping or tax costs incurred by the company will still be deducted from the refund amount and will not be refunded.

Order Cancellation Policy

Customer-Initiated Cancellations

  • Once an order is placed on our website, customers have up to 8 hours to request cancellation.

  • If a customer contacts us immediately after placing the order (for example, if the order was placed by mistake or for any other reason), a $15 cancellation fee will be applied.

  • If the cancellation request is not made within 8 hours, the order will be processed and cannot be canceled.

  • In such cases, no refund will be issued.

Zaish-Initiated Cancellations

Zaish reserves the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:

  1. Stock Unavailability
    The ordered item(s) are out of stock.

  2. Payment Decline
    The payment is declined by the authorized financial institution.

  3. Pricing or Technical Errors
    Orders placed with incorrect pricing or technical errors on the website.

  4. Fraudulent Transactions
    All online payments undergo fraud screening by our payment processor.
    Any order flagged as “fraud failed” will be automatically canceled.

Important Guidelines

  • Declarations of faulty items must be made within 1-8 hours of receiving the parcel.
  • The Zaish team monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges.
