Important Shipping Notice – Saudi Arabia

Effective January 1st, 2026, all shipments to Saudi Arabia (even a single item) must include an official national address document issued via Absher/SPL (Saudi Post).

Important Notice for USA Customers

Effective from 29th August, a 19% import tax is applicable on all shipments dispatched from Pakistan to the USA. This tax is charged directly by U.S. Customs and will be the responsibility of the customer.

We may declare parcels as “Gift” at the time of dispatch to help minimize the chances of duty being applied; however, if U.S. Customs still charges duty, the customer will be solely responsible for payment.

As already communicated, our stitching and shipping unit is based in Pakistan, and all international orders are dispatched directly from Pakistan.

Shipping Location

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Pakistan. While our products are crafted locally, our primary market is the United States.

Delivery Timeframes

• Unstitched Dresses: 8–12 business days from the order date
• Stitched Dresses: 12–18 business days from the order date
• Customized Stitching: 19–22 business days from the order date

Note: Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Delivery Delays & Customs Clearance

Our standard estimated delivery timeframe is Economy (12 to 18 business days). Please note this is only an estimate, and actual delivery times may vary.

Delays may occur due to customs inspections, clearance procedures, or other circumstances beyond our control. Zaish is not liable for delays caused by events such as customs holds, natural disasters, strikes, courier delays, or global shipping disruptions.

Customers are required to accept delivery once the parcel arrives. Refusal to accept delivery or failure to receive the parcel under any circumstances will result in forfeiture of any refund or replacement claim.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the destination and order size.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Returns must be requested on the same day of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
• If a parcel is refused or returned due to non-payment of customs or duties, Zaish will not issue a refund.

Customs & Duties

For international shipments, customs or import duties may apply depending on the destination country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by Zaish.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery progress.

Additional Information

Zaish reserves the right to cancel or delay shipments due to unforeseen circumstances or stock unavailability. Customers will be informed promptly via email if such a situation occurs.

7-Day Exchange or Return Policy

• Products can be returned within 7 days of receipt. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for exchange.
• For defective items or to initiate an exchange, complaints must be registered on the same day the product is received. Requests made after this period will not be considered.
• If you receive a defective product, return it immediately.

Product Details and Limitations

• Length or sizing complaints will not be entertained as product dimensions (width and length) are clearly stated on the product page.
• "Change of Mind" requests are not acceptable. Ensure you verify sizes before placing an order. Zaish will not be responsible for size-related issues.
• Sale items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
• Exchanges are limited to:
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Wrong items shipped
  • Size errors

Product Return Conditions

• Returned items must be in saleable condition, in their original packaging, and include the receipt.
• Pricing labels must be intact, and the item must be in new condition.
• Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.

• Exchanges are subject to stock availability, and any additional costs must be covered by the customer.

Product-Specific Notes

• Product colors may vary slightly due to photographic lighting or monitor settings.
• Additional fabrics, patches, or embellishments used during shoots are mentioned in the product description. If not explicitly stated, they are not part of the product and cannot be grounds for exchange.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only processed under the following conditions:

• Stock Unavailability
• Defective Products

Refund Timeline

• Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
• Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to reflect.

Non-Refundable Costs & Deductions

• Shipping Charges: A flat deduction of $15 per suit will be applied towards shipping and handling costs.
• State Taxes: Any state or government taxes charged at the time of purchase are non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Free Shipping Orders: In cases where Free Shipping promotions are offered, shipping and tax charges are already included/absorbed in the product price. At the time of refund, any actual shipping or tax costs incurred by the company will still be deducted from the refund amount and will not be refunded.

Order Cancellations Policy

• Once an order is placed, the customer has a maximum of 8 hours to request cancellation.
• If a customer contacts us immediately after placing the order (for example, if the order was placed by mistake or for any other reason), a $15 cancellation fee will be applied.
• If the cancellation request is not made within this timeframe, the order will be processed and cannot be canceled.
• In such cases, no refund will be issued.

Zaish reserves the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:

• Stock Unavailability
• Payment Decline
• Pricing Errors
• Fraudulent Transactions (as flagged by the payment processor)

Important Guidelines

• Declarations of faulty items must be made within 1–8 hours of receiving the parcel.
• The Zaish team monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges.
