• Unstitched Dresses: Delivered within 6-8 business days from the date of order.
• Stitched Dresses: Delivered within 14-16 business days from the date of order.
• Customize Stitching: Delivered within 19-22 business days from the date of order.

Please note that delivery timelines are approximate and may vary slightly due to unforeseen delays in customs, logistics, or other factors.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges for orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the destination and order size.

Customs and Duties

7-Day Exchange or Refund Policy

• Products can be returned within 7 days of receipt. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for exchange or refund.
• For defective items or to initiate an exchange, complaints must be registered on the same day the product is received. Requests made after this period will not be considered.
• If you receive a defective product, return it immediately.

Product Details and Limitations

• Length or sizing complaints will not be entertained as product dimensions (width and length) are clearly stated on the product page.
• "Change of Mind" requests are not acceptable. Ensure you verify sizes before placing an order. Zaish will not be responsible for size-related issues.
• Sale items are not eligible for exchange or return.
• Exchanges are limited to:

  • Wrong items shipped

Product Return Conditions

• Returned items must:
  • Be in saleable condition, in their original packaging, and include the receipt.
  • Retain their pricing labels and be in new condition.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are only processed for:

  • Defective products
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 days of receiving the returned item. Depending on your bank, it may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to reflect.
• Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

  • Payment declines by the authorized institution
  • Pricing errors
